PCCL - People-Centred Care Leadership
Description
The People-Centred Care Leadership Certificate program enables healthcare professionals at all levels to lead healthcare change and improvement in partnership with patients, families and providers. This program is intended for anyone working across the health system continuum, to collaboratively improve the care experience for all involved. This comprehensive program combines leading research and knowledge about people-centred care, engagement and experience available in Canada and worldwide—with concrete, evidence-based and practical tools that learners can apply locally.
In this program, faculty are teams comprised of a health system/engagement expert and a patient partner.
Requirements
- Must be currently working or volunteering within a healthcare-related organization and able to complete the assignments in-person or virtually with patients, families and staff

To Enrol:
1. Review the health system expert and patient partner profiles, linked below. Availability is displayed in the section profiles to the right.
2. Click the + button to expand your selected section and select Add to cart.
3. Follow the instructions on screen to set up your student account and make your purchase.
4. Once you have successfully enrolled and paid, you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment and Receipt via e-mail.
5. You will be able to access your course within 30 minutes of purchase using the Access Brightspace link in your Student Portal.
