Food Service & Nutrition Management in Healthcare Program Application

The Food Service and Nutrition Management in Healthcare (FSNM) program enhances students’ knowledge of and performance in areas including food service operations, communication, human and financial resources management, quality management, nutrition, care planning and people-centred food service. CHA Learning has been providing Food Service Management training to the health sector for more than 45 years. This program is fully accredited by the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM).

This program has a flexible online learning model. Students have up to four months to complete each course.

Notes about your application:

• Application fees are paid at the time of submission and are non-refundable

• Incomplete applications expire after 6 months, and a new application will need to be started if this occurs

• If you are applying for course exemptions, you will need to include PLAR documents as specified on our website. An additional $100 fee will apply

• Regular Applications will be reviewed in 3-5 business days. PLAR applications may take up to 2 weeks to process

• Photographs of documents - please use a scanner

• Multiple pages of the same document as separate files. Please combine pages into one file. For example, if you have a transcript that is 3 pages long, please upload it as a single document.
